Video chat
As a way to give back to the community I am offering free video chats that anyone can book. :) No catch - I'll just keep doing them as long as people are enjoying it and it feels rewarding for myself as well. They can be in English or Swedish.
What could the chat be about?
Absolutely anything you want! Maybe you need help with a certain technique? Maybe you are stuck on a project you're working on? Maybe you need help with something from my book? Maybe you are interested in tips on how to edit photos and videos, how to illustrate patterns, how to work with Shopify (my website platform). Maybe something marketing or Instagram related. Or, maybe you just want some company while you are working on a crafting project!
Just a little reservation: I can't make any guarantees that I will be able to help you, but I promise I'll do my best!
How to book
I post new dates continually so that it won't be possible for one person to book all occasions at once. You are free to book all slots during the hour, but if you feel like you only need a shorter time you're able to book one slot and leave the others to someone else.
You "purchase" the slot(s) - but it costs nothing. This way you can leave a message in the cart and let me know what you would like the chat to be about, and I receive your email so I can contact you later with the video chat link.
Once you have placed your order it usually takes 1-3 days to ship. Delivery time depends on the destination.
- Swedish orders: ship with DHL or Postnord. Usually delivered 2-5 days after payment.
- European orders: ship with UPS or Postnord (Swedish postal service). Usually take 3-8 days depending on destination.
- International orders: ship with Postnord, FedEx or UPS. Delivery time depends on destination.

All orders within Sweden are eligible for free returns (30 dagars öppet köp).
Orders outside of Sweden can be eligible for free returns, but please read my Refund policy.
