Our Refund Policy in short

If you are based outside of the EU, please contact me at info@createaholic.se before returning any items. Digital products are not eligible for return.

Returns are considered differently depending on whether you are based in Sweden, in the EU or outside the EU. In short:

Customers in Sweden

Returns are accepted for 30 days for Swedish customers (30 dagars öppet köp). Click here to begin a refund of your order.

Customers outside Sweden

I always want my customers to be happy with their purchase! Returns are always accepted for damaged products or products that have something wrong with them within 14 days of delivery, including shipping cost. You may also be eligible for some other form of compensation. If there is nothing wrong with your product, you may be charged for the cost of shipping back the product. Contact me at info@createaholic.se as soon as possible after you have received your order and I will do my best to help you out!

As a small business owner I am passionate about making sure my customers are satisfied and happy with their shopping experience on my website and especially the quality of my products - I will always do my very best to ensure this. My return policy differs based upon the location of my customers, i.e. whether they live in Sweden, the EU or outside of Sweden. Please note that I do not accept refunds for digital products.

Customers in Sweden

Returns are accepted for 30 days (30 dagars öppet köp) in case you have changed your mind or wish to exchange for another product. Click here to begin a refund of your order. I only ask that you consider getting samples instead of buying something you aren't sure if you want, to help you decide. This way I am able to avoid increasing prices to cover excessive returns, and we spare the climate. :)

Customers in the EU

Returns are accepted for 14 days in case you have changed your mind or wish to exchange for another product. Click here to begin a refund of your order. I only ask that you consider getting samples instead of buying something you aren't sure if you want, to help you decide. This way I am able to avoid increasing prices to cover excessive returns, and we spare the climate. :)

Customers outside the EU

Once again, I always want my customers to be happy with their purchase! If there is anything wrong with your order or any of the products, you are always welcome to contact me at info@createaholic.se as soon as possible.

Returns are accepted for damaged products or products that have something wrong with them within 14 days of delivery. However, I often offer some other form of compensation if the customer prefers it. 

If you change your mind or if you have made a mistake in your order, you may be charged for the cost of shipping back the product(s). I say 'may', because I always try to accomodate the best I can. Contact me at info@createaholic.se as soon as possible after you have received your order and I will do my best to help you out!

Return Conditions (for Swedish and non-Swedish orders)

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery (30 days for Swedish customers). The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product will not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible. I suggest you get a receipt from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Createaholic will make a refund of eligible returns. Email me with a brief description of your case, and possibly provide photos, before returning any goods.

Returning A Package

If a returned item is shipped internationally (from outside the EU), please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Createaholic is not responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, please report this to me as soon as possible.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Createaholic reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
