This thin string is perfect as warp thread in your weaving projects, but also works perfectly for extra fine and intricate macramé projects such as earrings, bracelets and necklaces.

Each spool weighs ~250 g, excluding cone.

Material: The natural is 100% cotton, the coloured are a cotton blend 100% recycled OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified

Origin: Turkey

The coloured warp strings are made of 100% recycled waste materials (cotton blended with a smaller amount polyester) from garment factories in Turkey and Europe. The blend is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified (as is the natural non-coloured cotton). Recycling otherwise unused materials has important environmental benefits (e.g. less waste, saves water, reduces use of pesticides and fertilizers, saves energy).

*these measurements are approximate. Please note that if you purchase the string at separate occasions you might find slight colour and thickness variations between the spools. Make sure that you purchase enough for your projects so you avoid having issues with colour differences in them!
