Workshop - macramé wall hanging
This workshop is for anyone who is curious to learn how to make beautiful macramé wall hangings. During this class we go through the basic and most common techniques and knots that are used in macramé. You are able to choose between following a specific design or get help in planning out your own unique design. You can be a complete beginner but of course I also welcome people with some prior knowledge about macramé.
Macramé is an ancient craft which has made a huge comeback during the last years. With just your hands and a little bit of rope you're able to make stunning objects made of knots. Another reason that macramé is so popular is because the process of tying knots is very therapeutic and meditative.
After the workshop you will have finished your very own wall hanging to hang in your home. There will also be supplies for sale at a discount so you can continue on your own.
Denna workshop vänder sig till dig som är nyfiken på makramé och vill lära dig att knyta väggbonader. Under kursen går vi igenom de viktigaste knutarna i makramé, samt hur du bör tänka kring detaljer såsom längder och design. Du har möjlighet att välja mellan att knyta din väggbonad efter ett specifikt mönster eller få hjälp med att tänka ut din egna design. Du behöver alltså inga som helst förkunskaper, men jag välkomnar såklart den som redan kan lite makramé också.
Makramé är ett gammalt hantverk som har gjort en mega-comeback under de senaste åren. Med bara dina händer och lite rep kan du med hjälp av knutar skapa fantastiska konstverk. Ytterligare en anledning till att makramé har stulit så mångas hjärtan är att knytandet i sig är anmärkningsvärt meditativ och terapeutisk. Detta brukar mina deltagare upptäcka efter en kort stund när händerna lärt sig knutarna utantill och det går att koppla av och bara njuta av skapandet.
Efter workshopen får du med dig din handgjorda väggbonad som du kan hänga upp i ditt hem. Du får även en handbok med tydliga instruktioner över de knutar vi gått igenom, så att du enkelt kan fortsätta knyta på egen hand efter kursen. Det kommer också att finnas ett stort utbud av material, i form av bland annat rep, samt mina böcker att köpa till rabatterat pris (med swish).

Sometimes life happens! If you need to cancel your spot in one of my workshops I offer full refunds. I only ask that you think twice when booking and that if you do need to cancel you do so as quickly as possible. Contact me and I will make sure you get your money back.

Life happens to me too sometimes! If, for some reason, I need to cancel the workshop I will let you know as soon as I can. I will give you the option to join another workshop or receive a full refund.
